A top in-house attorney at New York-based Citigroup Inc. has returned to private practice. In July Elizabeth Sacksteder, most recently the deputy general counsel and global head of litigation and regulatory investigations at the financial services company, joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison as a New York-based partner focusing on complex litigation and regulatory matters.
