“For an employer in a perfect world, all of your employees will only be focused on work during work time,” Joel Barras, a partner at Reed Smith, told CorpCounsel.com. Unfortunately, in the real world, the temptation to take advantage of big one-day discounts may drive some employees to online retail distraction.
