Security company Northrop Grumman Corporation has an updated legal safeguard—its newly named vice president and chief compliance officer, Carl Hahn. He is set to succeed Judy Perry Martinez, who is retiring from the company in January, and will be reporting to Sheila Cheston, the Northrop’s vice president and general counsel.
“Carl brings to his role at Northrop Grumman a tremendous breadth of experience in global compliance, investigations and risk management,” said Cheston, in a statement. “His demonstrated leadership in ethics and compliance, his thoughtfulness and his global perspective will serve our company well.”
