After his supervisors allegedly disparaged Jews and homosexuals in his presence and discriminated against him, general counsel Ian “Jack” Miller, who is both gay and Jewish, complained to the parent company’s GC. Then he hired a lawyer to express his concerns in writing to the company.

And that’s when the company fired him, according to the lawsuit Miller filed Wednesday in New York County Supreme Court against giant fashion retailer Zara USA Inc. New York-based Zara denied the allegations.
