Steven Fustolo, an accountant and real estate developer in the Boston area who was prominently featured in Corporate Counsel’s July cover story ” Cyberattacked,” was arraigned by the Massachusetts attorney general’s office on July 17. Fustolo, 57, was charged with criminal harassment and intimidation of a witness.

Attorney General Maura Healey said that it was the first time her office has used the state’s criminal harassment statute for conduct that allegedly occurred online.
