Two in-house counsel won one and lost one in recent unrelated lawsuits against their companies.
The winner is Laura Hauser, former general counsel of TCP International Holdings, who walked away from her job with a $3.9 million mediation settlement, according to a company filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Aug. 3.
