Financial planning company Voya Financial, previously ING U.S. but rebranded last year post-IPO, has a new chief legal officer and executive vice president. Trish Walsh is joining the company and as of Sept. 14 will oversee all aspects of Voya’s law, compliance and external affairs department.
“I’m pleased to welcome Trish to Voya and I look forward to working closely with her,” said Rodney Martin Jr., chairman and CEO, in prepared remarks. “Trish will be a great business partner and advisor.”
