Ben Bard is Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer of Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), a position he’s held since January 2014. Prior to joining ADM, Bard spent seven years at The Coca-Cola Company, where he was Ethics and Compliance Counsel, and four years at Capital One in a variety of compliance and risk management roles. Bard earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
