Jessica Berman, deputy general counsel of the National Hockey League, might just become the first female commissioner of a men’s professional sports league—at least one media outlet says so.

That possibility arose in a profile of Berman that ran Monday on the Jewish Telegraphic Agency website. The agency is an international news service serving Jewish media, and Berman briefly discusses her religion in the article.
