It may only be September, but when it comes to discussing next year’s compensation, it’s never too early to look ahead. The latest salary report from Robert Half Legal, a legal staffing and consulting solutions firm does just that.

The Robert Half Legal 2016 Salary Guide uses the firm’s own research as well as other local and national employment data to find out how much attorneys in different regions of North America are getting paid now, and how much they can expect to rake in next year. For in-house counsel in the U.S., it appears that 2016 will bring another modest, but not insignificant, pay raise.
