Women appear to be closing the gender gap as in-house counsel, with nearly half the 5,000-plus respondents to the 2015 ACC Global Census Report saying they were female.
“It’s exciting news,” says Veta Richardson, president and CEO of the Association of Corporate Counsel. “I think that’s phenomenal growth if you consider that only 41 percent were female in the 2011 report.”
