Power management and analog technology company Intersil has a new energy source. The company has appointed Andrew Hughes as vice president and general counsel. He replaces Tom Tokos, who is set to retire at the end of the year after 12 years in the position.
“Andrew will be a great addition to the management team as we look to the future,” said Necip Sayiner, president and chief executive officer of Intersil. “He is an experienced executive with particular depth in areas specific to technology companies like ours.”
