MDU Resources Group has its next general counsel. Longstanding associate general counsel and assistant secretary, Daniel Kuntz has been promoted to GC and secretary, as of Jan. 9, according to a release. He’s replacing Paul Sandness, who retires Jan. 8 after 36 years with the company.
“Dan has extensive knowledge in corporate and regulatory law,” said David Goodin, president and chief executive officer of the natural resource products and services company. “He has provided excellent counsel to our company on many important matters in the past 11 years.”
