Kirkland Hicks is joining the Pennsylvania-headquartered Lincoln Financial Group as executive vice president and general counsel. He starts the post on Dec. 10 and will be overseeing the law, compliance and government relations departments, as well and undertaking corporate secretary duties.
“As a public company general counsel, Kirkland is a highly accomplished legal professional with broad experience in all facets of corporate law, including regulatory risk, securities law, compliance and M&A,” said chief executive officer Dennis Glass, in prepared remarks.
