Research company GfK has done the homework on new senior vice president and general counsel for the Americas, Anna Maria Vitek. Based out of the company’s New York City office, Vitek is already on the job.
She comes to GfK from Avon Products, where she was vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer, Latin America. While at Avon, she was lead counsel for mergers and acquisitions, negotiated joint venture and global license agreements and established an international practice group.
