It’s a new general counsel for First National Collection Bureau. The accounts receivable management firm has appointed Issa Moe as GC and chief compliance officer. According to a recent release, Moe will be upgrading the company’s efforts to meet all state and federal regulatory requirements as it manages billions in accounts each year.

“We believe that bringing Mr. Moe’s level of expertise and specialized legal background to the position is essential given the intense scrutiny our industry faces from local, state and federal regulatory agencies,” says Bradley Jardon, the company’s chief executive officer, in prepared remarks.
