Companies are taking longer to address internal complaints by whistleblowers, according to a new report from NAVEX Global, an ethics and compliance advisory company.
NAVEX’s report, the 2016 Ethics & Compliance Hotline Benchmark Report, found that companies took a median 46 calendar days to close whistleblower cases, up from 39 in 2014 and 32 in 2011.
