There’s no shortage of vendors offering enterprise legal management (ELM) solutions to legal departments. In a recent post to LexisNexis’ Business of Law Blog, Carla Del Bove offers these tips on going about the process.

Gather a team: “Picking an ELM solution for the company requires the right players to be assembled at the beginning of the selection process,” writes Del Bove. Consider asking attorneys with final decision-making power, legal operations staff, members of the information technology department and an executive sponsor to join the process.
