There’s a new look to the legal department at Great American Insurance Group. The Cincinnati-headquartered insurer announced on Monday that it’s named Sue Erhart its next general counsel. The previous GC, Eve Cutler Rosen, will take the title of executive counsel in the legal department’s property and casualty division.

Erhart joined Great American in 2010 and was promoted to corporate vice president of its property operations in 2013. Previously, she was a partner at the Cincinnati’s Keating, Muething & Klekamp. She attended Xavier University, where she got a computer science degree, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She clerked for now-deceased Judge David Aldrich Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
