In a new court filing seeking control over her stake in Wynn Resorts Ltd., Elaine Wynn doesn’t just unload on her ex-husband Steve Wynn. She also accuses Wynn Resorts’ general counsel of abetting “reckless, risk-taking behavior” at the casino company.

She argues that Steve Wynn breached the agreement by allegedly engineering her ouster from the company’s board in 2015.
