Entegris Inc., a supplier of materials to the semiconductor industry, announced on Tuesday that it has a new top lawyer. Sue Lee has been named senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. She replaces Peter Walcott, who is retiring after 35 years with the Billerica, Massachusetts-headquartered company and its predecessors.
