Money360, an online commercial real estate marketplace for lending, has hired a new general counsel for the virtual ’hood. Alexander Vellandi is moving in and in his new role, he’ll be responsible for all legal aspects of the platform’s corporate and business operations.
“As with all the members of our senior team, possessing core real estate expertise was vital, and Alex has spent two decades providing legal counsel in our sector,” said Evan Gentry, chief executive officer and founder of Money360, in a statement.
