Women in-house counsel in Canada are earning on average about 15 percent less than their male peers, according to a recent survey.
The 2016 In-House Counsel Compensation & Career Survey from the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and The Counsel Network was the first since 2012, according to an article in Canadian Lawyer magazine. And the 15 percent gap was also evident four years ago.
