After receiving a promotion Tuesday, Coach Inc.’s general counsel Todd Kahn confirmed he is giving up his title as the company’s legal chief and that the company has promoted from within for its new GC.
During an earnings call, Coach announced that Kahn would be assuming the role of president, chief administrative officer and secretary. He will also oversee information technology, supply chain, global environments and procurement.
