The Minority Corporate Counsel Association unveiled on June 9 the winners of its Employer of Choice Awards, which recognizes legal departments that are leading the way in promoting diversity. This year’s winners are Bank of America Corp., Exelon Corp., Kellogg Co., Home Depot Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.
Bank of America, the winner from the Northeast Region, was recognized for incorporating diversity metrics into business goals and performance reviews.
