Clients are growing dissatisfied with traditional law firms, according to a recent survey of in-house purchasers of legal services conducted by Deloitte.
The report, titled “Future Trends for Legal Services,” found that 55 percent of legal departments are reviewing their legal services providers, and 52 percent said that they would consider using nontraditional firms that offer a range of professional services for their outside work.
