Legal departments are having more difficulty recruiting top-notch talent, according to a recent survey of in-house lawyers conducted by the legal staffing agency Robert Half Legal.

According to the survey, 59 percent of in-house lawyers say that finding skilled legal professionals is somewhat challenging or very challenging. By way of comparison, that figure was 40 percent when Robert Half conducted a similar survey six months ago and 42 percent a year ago.
