A Hartford trial lawyer is accused of pervasive sexual harassment of his female staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, according to a lawsuit filed by a former intern.
Timothy Brignole, his wife Kim and his firm, Brignole, Bush & Lewis, are the named defendants in the lawsuit filed by Johanna Carlucci. Carlucci was 23 years old when she was hired by the firm in 2005, according to the complaint.
