Chris Paul has been named the general counsel of Massachusetts-based Gulf Oil, the company’s first legal chief since it was acquired by a private equity firm in December.
Paul will be tasked with overseeing capital markets, M&A, corporate governance, commercial, contracts, litigation and regulatory compliance for the fuel logistics company, according to a press release issued Tuesday.
