Airbus Group S.E. general counsel John Harrison has his hands full after the United Kingdom’s Serious Fraud Office announced Monday that it has opened a criminal investigation into possible fraud, bribery and corruption in the company’s civil aviation business, which is based in France.

The office’s terse announcement says the allegations “relate to irregularities concerning third party consultants.” And it invites anyone with information to contact the office through its secure and confidential reporting channel.
