The reins to Meritor Inc.’s legal department have changed hands yet again.
The Troy, Michigan-based automotive aftermarket company announced in a press release on Aug. 15 that it has named April Miller Boise its senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. The new role is effective immediately.
