David Schwartz, the longtime leader of Toys R Us Inc.’s legal department, is on the move.
Hudson’s Bay Co., the parent company to retail brands like Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue, announced Sept. 8 that it has named Schwartz its general counsel, effective Sept. 30. Schwartz replaces David Pickwoad, who had served in the role for the past six years.
