Companies utilize a number of preventative measures to prevent cyber attacks. But the harsh reality is that if a company has something that someone else wants, it’s going to be a target, so ensuring that there is a plan in place post-breach is critical.

At the 2016 cyberSecure conference in New York City on Monday, hosted by ALM Media, panelists discussed what companies should do in terms of triage if and when there is a cyberattack. “Cyber is a huge issue across every industry. No one is safe anymore,” said panelist Bryan Rose, the managing director of the risk management firm Stroz Friedberg.
