SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers for the Golden State Warriors claim that a privacy lawsuit targeting the team’s Android mobile app is no slam dunk.
The team’s lawyers at Cooley responded forcefully on Wednesday to accusations that the app, a free source of news, statistics and information about the Bay Area’s NBA team, uses fans’ mobile phone microphones to record and analyze users’ conversations.
