For nearly six years, in-house lawyer Alan Tse has been helping run the Kentucky Derby. Now he’ll be lending his talents to another animal-centric company, the retailer Petco Animal Supplies Inc. Tse will join the company as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary later this month.
Tse comes to Petco from the racing, gaming and entertainment company Churchill Downs Inc., where he served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to Churchill Downs, Tse held general counsel roles at LG Electronics Mobilecomm U.S.A. Inc., video compression software technology company Ligos Corp. and optical networking company Centerpoint Broadband Technologies Inc.
