Mayer Brown has bolstered its corporate and securities presence in Chicago with the hire of Marjorie Loeb from her former role as a senior vice president and general counsel of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV.

Mayer Brown announced the move on Tuesday, describing Loeb as a seasoned corporate finance and securities lawyer who has spent years working with global manufacturing companies as both in-house and outside counsel. Loeb’s in-house experience included helping to complete Chrysler’s integration into the Fiat Group.
