Toyota Motor Sales USA’s director of legal operations and litigation support, Eric Lieber, has a lot to consider when it comes to finding the balance between protecting his company’s bottom line and its legal prowess.

He and one of Toyota’s outside counsel, Rose Jones, director of e-discovery project management at King & Spalding, appeared on a panel at ALM’s LegalWeek, the Experience event in New York on Tuesday. They discussed some of the ways the Plano, Texas-based automaker is finding efficiencies while partnering with its outside counsel.
