Three weeks ago, he and his wife were walking in Chicago’s Grant Park when they happened upon an attorney with boxes upon boxes of legal files. “And on the other side [of each box] was the name of the client, the name of the matter, and a very big yellow sticker that said ‘active’ on it.”
