The Trump administration has turned over a list of the names of 746 people who were detained at airports following its executive order to restrict travel, but attorneys for plaintiffs challenging the order in a New York federal court say the list may be incomplete.

Eastern District Judge Carol Bagley Amon issued an order last week for the government to produce a list of those detained at ports of entry in the final hours of Jan. 28, when Eastern District Judge Ann Donnelly issued a stay on the administration’s executive order, and through Jan. 29.
