Viacom Inc. has named a successor for longtime general counsel Michael Fricklas, who announced last month that he will leave the company.
Christa D’Alimonte, who is currently a deputy GC at Viacom, will step into the role of executive vice president, general counsel and secretary April 15, overseeing the company’s legal matters globally.
