PALO ALTO — Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes wants more companies to get to know their state attorney general offices.
Speaking to a conference Wednesday hosted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Silicon Valley, the onetime company general counsel said more engagement helps prosecutors better understand new issues in technology and the law, and may avoid having government lawyers jump to negative conclusions about a company.
