Asia-based organizations face a growing tide of litigation and regulatory demands given the growth of the region’s digital economy, Baker McKenzie’s “Asia Pacific Business Complexities Survey 2017″ found. Gary Seib, partner and Asia Pacific chair at Baker McKenzie, explained that a large factor in this expected growth is the myriad legal issues that come with a growing digital regional market.
