The last thing general counsel want to hear about may be a new survey that shows more than three-quarters (77 percent) of board directors and senior managers across much of the globe said they could justify unethical behavior if it would help their businesses survive.

The survey interviewed 4,100 employee’s at large businesses in 41 countries and territories between November 2016 and January 2017.
