Wolters Kluwer in January unveiled RBsource, a new web-based resource based on the content from Aspen Publisher’s “Securities Act Handbook” (Red Book), which includes U.S. securities acts and SEC rules, regulations, guidance, forms, and instructions, all with editorial enhancement from Aspen and CCH law editors. RBsource is designed to make securities law research intuitive and productive for legal professionals in law firms and corporate legal departments.

It was hard for me to believe the new online service would make it easier for me to access U.S. securities law and commentary than the handy one-volume, loose-leaf desk reference where content is accessed in sections marked by color-coded tabs.
