    Former Gemstar-TV Guide GC Settles Fraud Charges With SEC

    Jonathan B. Orlick, the former GC of Gemstar-TV Guide International, has agreed to pay more than $305,000 to settle federal fraud charges brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Orlick is also prohibited from serving as officer or director of a public company for 10 years.
