A Virginia Beach, Va., woman has been ordered to give up her business’ name after being sued by the parent company of Glass Doctor, the national company that specializes in installing windows and windshields. But the 4th Circuit Court of appeals has sent back the portion of a lower court’s ruling demanding four years’ worth of her profits, instructing the lower court, in a Nov. 30 ruling, to clarify its reasoning in awarding the money.
