The attorney for a transportation company whose driver flipped part of a tractor-trailer into a pickup truck considered the recent $30,000 jury award against his client a win, given that the company admitted liability.

Conway Transportation Services Inc. had a lot going against it entering the trial. The company admitted its driver was liable, faced a $1 million demand from the plaintiff, and the driver was unavailable, Conway attorney Charles Bogdanoff of Gekoski & Bogdanoff said.
