Defense Contractor GC Also Works to Boost Troop Morale

Brett Coffee is general counsel for Computer Systems Center Inc. and for the SemperComm Foundation, both based in Springfield, Va. CSCI is a defense contractor that works primarily with the Department of Defense but also with other government agencies in solving some of their complex technology issues. SemperComm, started as an employee initiative, provides morale and communications equipment to bases in remote locations overseas.
