Powell Goldstein will be serving in-house lawyers hot tips for gathering information along with steaming coffee and bacon during the firm’s monthly breakfast briefing on Tuesday at Maggiano’s Little Italy in Buckhead, Ga.
The in-house continuing legal education program, titled “A General Counsel’s Litigation Toolkit,” will run from 7:30 to 9 a.m. and cover different ways to gather information before going to outside counsel. It’s designed for in-house lawyers, who — on hopes — don’t have to deal with litigation on a daily basis.
