TradeStation has enjoyed mostly bullish success for the past five years as an upstart competitor of TD Ameritrade and E*Trade. But those fortunes could change if a Miami-Dade Circuit Court jury decides company executives are liable in a lawsuit brought by two former executives.

The Plantation, Fla.-based online securities broker, chief financial officer David Fleischman, vice president Marc Stone and founding brothers Ralph and Bill Cruz are named as defendants in a lawsuit filed by former company president Steve zum Tobel and former vice president Farshid Tafazzoli.
